A few of the highlights of the 2003-2004 school year...
Girls' Golf (Coach Tom Widler)
With five out of the seven girls out for golf being beginners, the emphasis this year was to work on teaching the basic skills and then improve on them. General rules and golf etiquette was also discussed and emphasized. The girls worked hard to progress and achieve these goals throughout the season.
2003 Girls Golf Summary
- a Seward golfer placed 3rd at the District Golf Meet
- a Seward golfer received a 13th place medal at the Girls' Class B State Golf Meet
Boys' Golf (Coach Jim Placke)
- The boys' golf team had the individual champion in district golf at the York Country Club.
Boys' Basketball (Coach Jim Placke)
- The boys' basketball team had a player selected to the first team all conference.
