Stephanie Rippstein Fine Arts Youth of the Month

Seward High Senior, Stephanie Rippstein was selected the 2009 October Fine Arts Youth of the Month. She is the daughter of Tim and Kathy Rippstein of Seward.
Stephanie has been involved in the SHS One Acts for three years-selected as an Outstanding Actor at Conference and Districts, SHS Speech team for four years, SHS Quiz Bowl Co-Captain, National Honor Society, Shakespeare Monologue Contest at the State Fair, Art Awardee in GFWC District Art Contest, Concert Choir, VFW Voice of Democracy Winner, Poetry Outloud, NCTE National Writing Achievement Awardee.
She designs and creates sets for both St. John Lutheran School and the SHS One Act drama programs. She is involved with the St. John Sunday School program and Godparents at St. John.
She plans to attend Concordia University in Seward and major in Elementary Education.
