February Fine Arts Student of the Month

Seward High Senior, Alex Koehler, is this month’s Fine Arts Student of the Month. Alex is the son of Clark and Alegra Koehler of Seward. He has been a member of the SHS Speech team and involved in One Acts as the Lighting Technician.
He is in Marching Band, Jazz Band, Concert Band, Swing Choir, SHS Concert Choir and Select Choir and was a member of the famous SHS Drumline and involved in the Drumline Compeition. He is the Lighting Director for the SHS Musicals and participated in “Poetry Out Loud” program! He has also volunteered with the American Mother’s Inc., as their technical coordinator for their national Fine Arts program
Alex is also involved as the drummer in the Contemporary Service at St. John Lutheran Church in Seward every Sunday and assists in a variety of presentations for their worship services.
