REMINDER OPEN MEETING LAW
The President reminded those in attendance that a copy of the open meetings act is posted on the west wall of the Discovery Center.
Rex Schultze, Jerry McCall and representatives from the Clark Enersen Partners Architectural Firm were present to visit with the board and answer any questions the board has regarding the construction delivery method for the new Middle School. According to Schultze there are five important areas of a project to be considered. Those areas are budget, design, schedule, construction and project completion. The board has to decide which areas under each of the phases are the most important when making a decision on the construction delivery method.
The Architect’s contract with Clark Enersen Partners was reviewed.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
