Evan Marshall Named SHS Fine Arts Youth of the Month for November
Launch the media gallery 1 playerEvan Marshall, the son of Dorothy and Mitch Marshall of Seward, was selected the 2014 November Fine Arts Youth of the Month.
Evan’s SHS Fine Arts activities include a longtime membership in the SHS Marching Band, Concert Band, Symphonic Band, Pep Band and Jazz Band and involved in the SHS Percussion Ensemble and a member of the SHS Drum Line.
He is also a member of the SHS Select Concert Choir, SHS Singers/Swing Choir, and a soloist for the annual SHS Hits Night. He has participated in the annual Concordia University Musical Arts Day and the Concordia Summer Chamber Choir as well. He is also very involved in the SHS District Music Contest and the SHS Musical every year.
Evan is a member of the SHS One Act play production-participating in two one acts this year! He is also a member of the SHS Speech team and participated in the VFW Voice of Democracy Speech Contest.
He plans to attend the University of Nebraska/or another four year university, with an interest in Music and Business Administration-with an emphasis in accounting and eventually becoming a CPA.
