The Seward Youth Rotarian of the Month is honored by the Seward Rotary Club and each student receives a book scholarship along with the honor and recognition at a weekly luncheon meeting. They are finalists for the Seward Youth Rotarian of the Year and a nominee for the Youth Rotarian of the Year Scholarship, announced in May. The club usually honors one student a month, however the Sloup triplets are a unique situation and the club’s committee felt it was appropriate to recognize all three at the same time. Applications for the honor are available in the SHS Counselor’s office. The club honors one youth each month August through May of the school year.
