Kyler Nolan Ost is Named May Fine Arts Student of the Month

The SHS May Fine Arts Youth of the Month is Kyler Nolan Ost of Seward.  He is the son of Dina Ost of Seward. 

Kyler is a long time member of the SHS Swing Choir, Concert Choir, Select Choir, and participated with leads in all the musicals the last four years.  He participated regularly in the CU Musical Arts Day, and involved with the Seward County Summer Chamber Select Choir.  He was also a leader in the SHS One Act program and enjoyed leads in those various productions. He was a District Music Contest soloist and participated small group contests.

Kyler was a medalist at District Speech this year, a longtime member of the speech team, often double entered in a variety of events.  He participated in Poetry Out Loud, the VFW Speech Voice of Democracy Contest and other various Fine Arts activities. 

He is participating in the Centennial Players Melodrama this summer at Olde Glory Theater.

He plans to attend UNL and major in Theater and International Business!
