Welcome to the Fourth Grade page! In Fourth grade we focus a lot on preparing students for middle school. Independence and responsibility are skills that are fostered daily in fourth grade. We appreciate parent support in helping us accomplish these tasks. Fourth grade is also a benchmark year for state testing in reading and math. Throughout the year we work to help prepare all students to succeed on these tests in the spring. We currently use enVision Math and Reading Street for our curriculums. For Unit Studies we use National Geographic Science and myWorld Social Studies. Our goal is to make sure every student leaves SES confident and with the necessary skills to enter middle school.
