Thomas Bosmeniel, representing the American Legion District 12, defeated representatives from three other Districts to win the Regional Oratorical Speech contest in Minden on Saturday December 2! He is now, one of four state finalists with the finals in January in North Platte!  He gave a ten minute memorized speech on the US Constitution and a five minute extemporaneous speech. He is a senior at Seward High!
